QUADRAPLEX: A building containing four dwelling units.
QUALIFICATION RATE: The rate of interest used to calculate whether
or not a borrower qualifies for a mortgage.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Those guidelines set by lenders to be

that party's claim.
