He has implemented and designed 40 Active web sites and currently owns 83 Real Estate Related Web sites (URL’s). Rich has become an Expert in Electronic Marketing using the Internet and currently is ranked in the top three in Southern Alabama and N.W. Florida.

  • President and CEO of Defense Products Marketing Inc (DPM). A Washington D.C, Virginia, and Maryland Corporation. DPM handled Lobbying, International - Domestic Sales, Marketing, and International Relations for Major Corporations such as: Ford - Heavy Truck Div., General Dynamics - Land Systems Division, Detroit Diesel Corporation, Blue Bird Bus Corporation, Oshkosh Truck Corporation, Cummins Diesel (Market Research only) and many many more. DPM had when it was sold by Rich four Division locations. Rich started this Company from "Scratch." and made it into one of the top Washington DC "Beltway" firms (Lobbying and Marketing) in the Field of Motor Vehicles and Diesel Engines. A major member of the American League of Lobbyists. Rich held high level security clearance authority from the U.S. Senate, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Pentagon. Rich has testified in the U.S. Senate and Testified in National and International issues. Rich "Retired" after selling DPM. He and his wife lived and cruised on their 43' Boat through-out the U.S., Caribbean, Central and South America. Life without a major Business challenge seemed not suited for Rich and he went back to work in his first Business love: Commercial Sales and Sales Management.

  • Executive Vice President Oshkosh Truck Corporation-Government Sales. Initiated, managed, and successfully bid and won over 3.5 BILLION DOLLARS of sales to Governments. Authored most of the manuals used by this company such as Purchasing Manual, Materials Management, Value Analysis for Profit Improvement, Sales Management for Government and Military Services. Managed proposals in excess of 9 volumes and 4500 pages of data to a single bidder. Success ratios on Proposals to wins over 90% with all major efforts won. Rich Traveled extensively world wide to manage and market Government Products to Foreign Military buyers.

  • Florida Governor "Jeb" Bush appointed Rich as the Commercial Representative to the Boaters Advisory Council in Florida. Florida titled him "Captain Rich, Florida’s Master Mariner." Rich served with distinction for 3 years.

  • Many other positions including Sales positions with Fuller Brush, Cutco, Where-Ever Aluminum including Door-to-door sales, Sales supervision and Sales Management.

Robert Gean
Office Manager, Broker Associate. Licensure in Florida and Alabama

Residential and Commercial Real Estate

  • Real Estate Sales and Management progressing to the top designation of Broker from Sales Associate and is currently Office Manager and Broker Associate at Gulf Beach Realty Inc. Robert currently handles both Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Robert has concentrated on Premium Properties and Commercial Real Estate as a buyer for the local water company and a major Florida Corporation. ALL property searches, all negotiation and final consummation is handled by Robert. Member of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) executive committee at Pensacola Association of Realtors. Robert is a licensed Broker in Florida and Alabama.

  • Enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1954.
    For the next 21 years was with the USAF Security Service aboard RC130's and RC135’s as an electronics intercept operator. Robert earned 11 air medals, meritorious service award, Viet Nam Service Awards, and many commendations for hazardous duty. Robert retired as an E-8.

  • After "retirement" from the Air Force, Robert was the regional Sales Manager for Wynn's international (Climate control division) traveling extensively through the South East United States and most of the West Indies (Caribbean area).

  • Owned and operated a family owned automobile accessory business primarily installing accessories for Automobile dealers on new cars.

  • Robert attended the University of Maryland overseas division, San Angelo Junior College in San Angelo Texas, and was in constant training through his military carrier including many supervisory schools and instructors’ schools. Robert keeps up with all the many requirements for a full Broker in Florida and Alabama with almost Monthly courses and seminars.

 


Joy Anderson
Sales Associate, Licensure in Florida and Alabama Manager

New homes & Residential Construction

  • Over 10 years of real estate sales experience in custom new home sales and general real estate both in Florida and Georgia. She sold custom golf course homes in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) of 3000 acres in an Atlanta suburb for 7 years. She acted as liaison between customers and 7 custom builders. While there, her builders were able to build both, from their plans or offer to build custom homes from the clients "dream" plan. She advised builders of current customer trends by choosing many of the new floor plans used in the speculative houses. Most of her plans were sold long before completion. She was selected for the Million Dollar Club 3 years in a row, selling over 4 million her last year. (Average house prices $250,000.) She has an excellent understanding of the home construction process and can simplify the explanations for the customers. Joy is not afraid to ask for the "additional cost for special requests".

  • Office Manager for the White Oak Subdivision Sales Center. Responsible for staffing the office and maintaining the décor for customers to preview. Directed the placement of all marketing ads in selected real estate books, newspapers, and other print publications including creating flyers for each home. She unlocked and inspected each "speculative" and custom home daily and was tasked to communicate with the contractors and their crews based on her first hand knowledge of the expectations of the future owners.

  • Sold Real Estate as a Buyers Agent in Pensacola, attending The Buyers Agent Training Certification Course in Memphis Tennessee.

  • Receptionist for 2 different local 3-5 member attorney firms.
    Answering phones and welcoming clients for Real Estate, Probate, Personal Injury and Criminal Attorneys. Managed 11 incoming phone lines, assisted in confidential Trust, Will preparations and signings, assisted in Real Estate closing documentation preparations, managed Event Planning for First Annual Open House for 300 guests, attorneys, and local dignitaries.

  • Operates small catering business (part time) providing lavish corporate baskets to clients and realtors to give as closing gifts. She has sold gourmet cakes during the holidays and special occasions. She has catered luncheons and open houses for Brokers and local clients.

  • Safety training instructor and orientation trainer for newly hired employees. Created training manual and all materials for a local chemical plant. She was Site Manager for contract labor provider for national chemical plant.

  • Owner and Manager of office machine sales and repair business. Directed all training and sales efforts for 3 salesmen and 6 copier repair persons. She progressed in 6 years of Copier sales and repair to serve as Salesman, Sales and Service Manager, to the field position of Vice President.

  • Event Planner for Sharp Copier business. Directing and choosing the marketing material and booth set up for 4 National Office Machine Dealers Conventions. She creatively drew customers into the booth and was able to produce sales based on a 10 minute conversation.

  • Receptionist, then Secretary to the HR Manager for an international test and measuring instrument manufacturer.

  • As an Air Force wife for 13 years she always held offices in the Officers Wives Club including President in Taipei, Taiwan. While there she worked as Treasurer for Madame Chaing Kai Shek's Chinese Air Force orphanage charity fund raiser.
